Meet The Stylists

Nancy Suddeth-Repp

Level Six/Owner

Nancy has always had a love of the arts, photography, and especially the world of couture fashion. This passion is what ignited the flame to pursue a career in the hair fashion industry. Her extensive hands-on training has taken her to places national and international, which has fueled her passion for education in this ever changing trade. In 2006, Nancy moved to Italy where she was further trained to perfect her unique style.  She has also worked with some of the industry’s best front runners who have paved the way for hair trends and design, keeping her fresh and current with the ever changing trends and cutting technology. With her experience, as well as being internationally published, she has brought a new sense of artistic flair to the local art scene. Nancy looks forward to sharing all that she has gathered through her travels and education, here, in her hometown of St. Augustine.

Lauren “LO” Arnold

As a recent Aveda graduate, she has become skilled in the art of color placement and is constantly striving to create wearable hair art for her guests. She has worked with multiple photographers, assisting for print work as well as runway, and has created beautiful theatrical works.

John Brisbane

Level Six

John Brisbane formerly John Belcher has seventeen years experience.

I love being innovative and creating new looks.  Hair has always been a passion.  I work with color, texture, cutting, styling and make up.  While the bob is one of my signature cuts, I love creating one of a kind looks for everyone.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Brett Smith

Level Six

Brett has been an Aveda ‘junkie’ his whole life. He has been working with the company for about 8 years, but claims he’s been using it since before he can remember. He got lucky enough to be able to trim under some fabulous stylists at the Gram Webb Academy. With that under his belt and a handful of classes, he felt his next step was to educate. He started as an in-salon coach, which evolved him into a freelance Aveda hair color educator. That allowed him the opportunity to become as Master Colorist. He is always striving to better his techniques and believes that knowledge is meant to be shared.
